want to change shocks to standard

Jaguar used to offer a change-over kit to delete the ride-leveling. It was part number JLM11698. They don't have it any more, but I'm sure if you Google the part number you can find someone that makes them up.

For the brakes, you probably need the ABS valve block. It was made available separately after those cars were out of production. The bulletin is attached.
