Whats the max boost on stock vs 1.5lb pulley 4.2 2008 xkr

Default Whats the max boost on stock vs 1.5lb pulley 4.2 2008 xkr
I got a 1.5lb pulley installed 08 xkr, stock tune.
Im seeing the max peak of 11psi, (using torque app for monitoring)
is this boost lower than it should be?

in my 4.2 i'm at 14.8 PSI with upgrade upper + lower pulleys
