Is there a way to program charging up to a preset level and stop the charging upon reaching it (to prolong battery life)?
Some EVs have this feature available, could not find it in my I-Pace

No there is no car side setting. To preserve battery life Jaguar is likely setting an artificial limit of at least 10% below capacity. Tesla lets users play with this limit, I'm not aware of any other carmaker putting this in the hands of users.
