SOooo after getting my TB back from Maxbore who did a beautiful job taking it from 75mm to 82.5 mm I decided to port match the elbow to maximize the gain.

While I was in there I figured "might as well" get my injectors cleaned and flow matched, and while those were off, "might as well" have the intake manifolds ported and polished too....

I got a JTIS on CD, but was unable to find the torque specs for:
bolts to attach intake manifolds to heads, and
bolts (torqx things) to hold down fuel rail (were very tight when I went to take them off)

If any one has these torque specs handy I would very much appreciate it if you could post or PM me

Here are a few pics below.

 

Fuel rail is 18-24 Nm.
Intake manifolds/chargecoolers 11-13 Nm
Not sure about the fuel injector manifolds, probably similar.

 

It looks like it is saying 20-22 Nm
