Default Stock baseline 0-60 5.0 seconds :)

I'm doing my "before" numbers.
Current Air temp 73
Elevation 200 feet
Hankook Ventus V12 tires 255 40 18 (nothing special) at 40 psi.
52,000 pampered miles. I just bought the car 2 weeks ago, I think I'm the first to floor it. Total garage queen.

I ran the 0-60 both ways from a stop on the same stretch of road.
I was using my android smart phone "Speedview app" which is supposed to be very accurate.

Both runs were 0-60 in 5.0 seconds flat.
The car is completely stock except for removing the 2 resonators just before the back axle (which I don't think added any power, I just did it for a bit more exhaust volume)

I think the stock claims are 0-60 in 5.5, so I feel pretty good about it.

Anyone else done 0-60 times?

I'm going to also run a "before" dyno, then do a few small mods
3.5" intake tube with nice bend into the TB
1.7 lb pulley (I know, I know, the 3 will come later)
Snow Stage II water injection
Killer Chiller

Stock was supposed to do 0-60mph in 5.3s (0-100km/h in 5.6s).

Those Hankook V12's are actually quite good for street use. Very good if you consider the price. I had them on my previous car. Not that good on the track though, very slippery after a few laps.

I keep looking for a nice, straight and open stretch of road where I can try out the 0-60 and 1/4 mile.

If only the other motorists would get off MY road!

I've done a number of runs at exactly 5.0 seconds 0-60 without traction control.

With traction control, just stabbing it, it backs the power off just off the line and slows the 0-60 to about 6.0 seconds.

I'll try a few more with traction control and roll into the throttle just to see how it affects the numbers.

I think because u start to lose traction it backs off the throttle for a sec causing a slight bog while traction is regained I acually turn mine off everytime I get in. If I could permently turn it off I would id rather have it work when I want it not anytime I get in
