Is it just me or is the edit function gone?

I think the "edit" link disappears after a certain amount of time. So you can't go back 3 days and edit something.

Although the EDIT function is only available to members for approximately ten minutes on their own posts (to allow post - check - correct), the Mod Team have full edit rights over all posts without any time restriction.

Graham is correct, however, I'm sure we changed it some time ago to allow for short term edits and believe the timescale is now 24 hours.


After that a mod will be able to help with any necessary edits as required
