Noticed a couple of things after the upgrade.
The 'navigation bar' (just above User CP at the top) doesn't work any more.
'My Posts' takes me to a search screen

I like the New tool bar layout. Having Manage Attachments Icon is good, saves having to scroll down. I don't think it was there before.

Not sure about the Envelope with a green arrow for Insert Link, it makes me think of Email rather than link. But that is just me.

I'll get used to it.

One more bug - and I've no explanation, sorry.
The automatic subscribe to threads behaves most strangely.
For example I've posted to this thread
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-rattle-71464/
and it doesn't appear in My Posts but others do.
It isn't that it only picks up threads I started but just randomly doesn't pick up all threads I post to.

Steve, I think you might be seeing the time warp issue.

The forum is based in the US, on PST I would guess from the Downtime notification we just ran through.

Now, I made a post this morning around 9am French time.
I also made a post 5 mins ago at 20.00 French time.

The post at 20.00 shows in my Today's posts, but the post from 9.00 this morning now shows as being from Yesterday when in fact it was only 11 hours ago.

If you want to see all your subscriptions, go to User CP, scroll down and click list My Subscriptions.

You should see a list of 'in my case 100 Pages' of subscribed threads, from Newest to Oldest, although you can change the viewing preferences.

I currently have 4982 subscribed threads and have not switched off email notification, because I know that in the morning I will receive a very quick to deal with, list of any new activity in threads I have posted to.

Also if you have Daily Email Notification set, you will received an email around 10 to 10.30 French time/Summer and 9.00 to 9.30/Winter.

Try looking at Yesterday, etc.

Hope this helps.

LOL Steve, no problem.

Just think of it like this:

This Morning was Yesterday.
This Afternoon/Evening is really this Morning
And Tonight will make this Morning into the day before Yesterday.
If you want to make a post for Tomorrow Morning you need to make it sometime Tomorrow Afternoon.

Clear?

(almost time for my medication)

Don't pee until after you wake up, that's very important.

Don't post after the medicine, not so important but potentially just as embarrassing!

Yes, you're right Doug, seems we're being attacked again!!

Please see below................

"This morning a site within our IB network, outside of the automotive vertical, was hit with two DDoS attacks and many of you may have noticed DB errors or extremely slow loading times on your sites. Our technical team has found the problem and is working to address it at the moment and you should all begin to see the site speed improve as we head into the afternoon and evening pending that there are no more attacks or issues. I wanted to make sure you were all aware of what has caused the problems so you could address any concerns that may come up within the community today. I will be certain to keep you all updated if there are any further updates to report."

No Jay, we have set a "special" filter just for you. LOL

Thanks for the info Jim, it was driving me nuts with the more than usual random behaviour.

Me too, glad to hear it is at least one problem that's not my fault.
