Default Kerby on Kindle
I converted Kerby's book to Kindle format (AZW3) and offered a copy to anyone interested. I've gotten a number of requests so I would prefer it be available in the download area rather me having to email individual copies.

Please let me know if that's OK with ya'll :-)

Good to hear Kirby Palm has confirmed he is happy to allow his excellent book to be made available in Kindle format.
