There's a general tech forum but no general Jaguar forum. Perhaps rename the general tech forum by removing the word "tech"? If non-technical thread become too frequent, a new forum could be created.

My question for a general forum would be if there has been a European Delivery scheme for U.S. and/or Canadian buyers in the recent past. If so, any details that you remember?

General Tech Help is an appropriate place for your question but Canada Region forum is probably the better choice. The most relevant knowledge regarding European Delivery Programs for Canadian residents is likely to be found by asking Canadian members.

As stated....

The best place if known for any tech query, is into the model section for your vehicle.

Failing that, my advice would be to post into the General tech help section
