Bernie,
Here's you Profile page with the current Profile pic showing top left:
Attachment 60888
(click on the image to enlarge it)
Is it your Profile pic or your SigPic you want changed? Profile pic only shows on your Profile page; SigPig shows in your Signature line on every post.

Bernie,
I've copied the photo from your post #1 here and added it to your profile as a SigPic. here's a screenshot from our Moderator Control Panel. Your SigPic is circled in red (personal details are all blanked out with yellow boxes):

However, I've no way of checking it's working until you make your next post. This will trigger the changes to display in your post.
Over to you - let's see what happens.

Bernie - are you wanting a Signature Pic or an avatar (both can be done via the user cp link). A profile pic only shows when someone views your user profile and I can see the pic as your profile pic.
If signature pic - click on the user cp link on the upper left and scroll down to settings and options. click edit signature.
once here scroll down to the Signature Picture section - you can choose a pic you have in your profile or you can upload a new one from your pc.
Once you have the pic loaded, click the insert signature pic and then do a preview. you can adjust where the pic shows up by moving the cursor in the signature section and then going back and clicking insert sig pic. once done - select save signature
hope this helps

Well .....
Imported all 4 images into paint program
Resized as needed to make them all the same as the first
Created one large canvas, 1x height by 4x length
pasted all onto the canvas, cropped to be sure of clean edges
final image size 715x108 @ 72dpi for small file size
loaded it as one image to sig .....viola!!!
was actually just a quick work around, but surely everyone here is used to that sort of thing
Oh yeah, and added a link to the whole thing to a larger higher res version for those that are interested !
