Hi. I sent someone a PM, but my sent box reads 0. Are they supposed to? TIA

At the bottom of your PM message area, check the Box that says: Save a copy to sent folder? Before you hit send.

Or

You can go to your "My Profile" and check the box:Always save PM to sent folder...
