Hi ALL.....some of you will have noticed certain changes on the forum recently!!

As of late yesterday, we altered the following.....

Sights & Sounds, Photography, Jaguar forum announcements, JF Merchandise & The Memorial sections, were all moved to the foot of the forum.

The reasoning is, that as some of the lesser used sections they took up "prime real estate" on the site at the top of the forum, over more popular areas.

To further enhance the look & usability, we also updated the model section from one large coverall, split into the following sections....

Current Jaguar
XF / XFR
XJ X351
XK / XKR
F TYPE

Modern Jaguar
X TYPE
S TYPE
XJ350 & X358
XJ X308
XJ X305
XJ X300
XJ40
XJ6 & XJ12
XJS
XK8 & XKR

Classic Jaguar
MARK V-X
MARK I & II
XK120........
E TYPE
XKSS
XJ220

Other Jaguars / replicas

Diesel variants

Non Jaguar vehicles

We have also taken on 2 new moderators, as well as adding to the Regional Coordinators, who are working so well in their respective regions.

We have many, many fantastic Jaguar meet / events taking place all over & the new JF banner we had made is making guest appearances all over the country.
Its great that we get to see pictures of members with the banner that they have signed for posterity.....really cool.

We're also sending out JF decals to some of these meets to be handed out to the memberbase too.

The forum moderator team - These guys do a great job of keeping the forum fresh, lively, up to date and spam free for the most part, thank you guys, your efforts are greatly appreciated.

To that end, we have surprisingly, had a few complaints recently about new members struggling to find moderators to help, which I personally find hard to believe??

It may be, that a new member, is not familiar with the site and therefore does not know where to look.....
To that end we have added the mod team in colours in the "who is online" area and also in bold

Admin - RED
Super Moderator - BLUE
Moderator - GREEN

We are also in talks with many top end and highly respected Jaguar parts / accessories companies to bring you top quality vendors to the forum as well.......

This is still ongoing and in the embryonic stages, so we'll see how that progresses.

There may be other changes / upgrades made to the site in the near future, but please believe me, when I say that these are all intended to make your forum experience the absolute best that it can be, so bear with us and be patient.

Once again, I would like to say a Huge thank you, to the RC's doing such a great job in the different regions, but most especially to the moderator team.

These guys spend many many hours on site, unpaid working to make the forum what it is today, and without whom much of this simply wouldn't be possible.

Thanks

Jim

Hopefully these changes will make it easier for people to find their way around.

They certainly make it easier to see who is online.
