I'm in the final stages of restoring a '66 Mark X. Locating replacement parts has certainly been a challenge. The last item I need is the clip that holds the wood capping to the frame, part BD16580. I have tried all the usual Jaguar Part sources in the US and UK with no luck. Any direction on where to find these clips would sure make my day.

 

Can you put up a pic of what you need? I may have a few lying about.

I might have a few lying about but if i recall they nearly all snap on removal. Ill check.

 

I located NOS clips at Norman Motors, a Jaguar dealer in London. Now I can get the wood back into the car.

 

Nice one, they all snap from metal fatigue on removal.
