Default Walt from LSI

I just received this today and wanted to pass it on to you all on the Forum. He passed Friday Dec 20, 2013 at the age of 66. Please see the attached Obituary.

I will miss him he was a great friend!

Sorry to hear of his passing. Walt devoted himself to solving problems. I feel fortunate to have received benefit from his effort. God bless him.

This is very sad news indeed.

Though I have never met Walt in person, I had the privilege of exchanging some emails with him and found him to be personable and insightful and an outstanding member of the engineering profession.

He has been an exceptional member of this and earlier Jaguar forums and had made contributions that helped countless XK8 owners.

He will be missed.

Sorry to hear--my condolences. I had a few email communications with Walt back in 2008 after I had gotten my Jaguar and was a victim of the green monster. Our chats led to my discovering that Walt was a California guy who ended up moving to Annapolis and I told him how much I enjoyed our couple of visits to that area. Emailing with him was like talking with a friend. He will be missed as well for his contributions here.
