I have a 64 MK2 chassis number 223,715. What color would the vertical "stripe" be on the original front coil springs?

May be I am wrong, but they can be red, yellow or purple. Depending the color you have to choose a different packing piece. The red spring needs a 1/4" packing, the yellow a 1/8" and the purple dont need a packing.
