Although I can be a bit of a stickler for originality this is one of the modern upgrades that I agree with and I think you have made the correct decision. Just make sure you have ordered the correct one for your car either auto or manual. I ordered an auto starter and they accidently sent me one for a manual. I fitted the thing and although I could hear the motor spinning it was not engaging with the fly wheel. Once I realised the problem they quickly sent out the correct one for me and all was well in the world.



At the top is the original motor. In the middle the high torque for the Auto box and on the bottom the wrong one for me a high torque motor for a manual gear box.
