no, it is a mystery, all have a date on them by hand, but no markings as to their maker. You know I have been chasing this for years. The closest I have come is / was a somewhat similar GENERAL MOTORS valve, then nothing.

no. They always are dated by hand, but no maker. You know I have been chasing this for years, the closest I have come was a somewhat similar General Motors or AC Delco valve, then nothing. An old auto-parts man said it looked like a Packard- Studebaker valve.

 

All we can do is pray that Mr Barratt wins. He has a valve from his workshop where they recon servos/boosters.

 

I would have the same switch, but havent tested. I wonder if reverse lighting was optional - mine has the switch but no sign of any wiring in the boot lid.

 

All 60's Jaguars had reverse lights.
