Default Steering column lower mount

I just mounted my steering column to the car. I'm converting from an auto box to a manual box so I don't have the transmission shift lever/shaft running down the side of the column and through the fire wall. The lower column mount (a tube brazed to a round plate and held in place with four bolts) has a cutout for the auto shifter rod and without the rod I have a pretty good sized hole into the car.
I consulted the parts book and the only mention of a lower column mount (in the body fittings section) says that it is NOT used for LHD automatic cars, which is exactly what mine is. If that was not used, what was used? Just a version of the same thing but without the hole for the shifter rod? Anyone know where this is in the parts manual? Any idea on a part number?
Thanks
Craig

At this sort of price on eBay I suggest you close up the hole. Any good metal worker could do it. New no longer available.

Did not pop up my end. eBay runs filters dependent on location.

I think I must blank out my location. Does not make sense does it if the item is in the UK

My location was blocked. If I put in South Africa postage jumps to 44 Pounds. Can only see your offer by clicking on your link.

I suggest make up a simple blanking plate and securing it in place with pop rivets or pk screws.
The carpet will cover this "modification"

Thanks for the input! Much appreciated. I figured there had to be a manual trans equivalent. Just odd that I cannot find either in the parts book.
A cleverly bent piece of sheet metal should fix it if nothing cheap comes up on eBay.
