1999 XJR. What have I gotten myself into?
Beautiful and surprising car.
Anyone have any comments about a rattle from the right side, low speed? Sounds like a muffler mount, but they seem ok.

"What have I gotten into", mate, a REAL Jag.
No idea on the rattle, maybe a cat come loose internally, they do that. Tap them with a rubbe mallet and listen for rattles, quick and easy.

As the mounts are OK, check for loose heat shields.
