Hi everybody,

Just a quick post to introduce myself. I am the proud owner of a new (to me) 2007 V8S xk convertible. I picked her up with only 56K miles. I'm in the Raleigh / Durham, NC area.

I love this car so much that I'm looking to sell it and get a 2010 xkr-s convertible, so if you know anyone who has one to sell....

One thing I would like to mention, I did not care for the way the front license plate bracket looked on the car, I searched everywhere but couldn't find much on how to remove it, so I gently pulled it off. Yes there are three holes in the front bumper but the car looks SO much better!

You're fortunate you live in a state that doesn't require a front plate then. In California it's The Law that not only you have a front plate, but the word California MUST show clearly. Bummer.

I run across mine while on holidays in pheonix had a few problems off the bat with an blown oil cooler (dealer even installed a low milage engine for me and all it was was an oil cooler) I have had zero issues since, love the car only problem I have now is not enough time to drive it!! I know you will enjoy yours
