Hi. Introducing myself as a newbie.

I purchased a 2000 S-type a few months ago on a bit of a whim. I've always wanted a Jag and fell in love with the 60s S types as a child.
My second hand S-type has an odometer reading of 154k and for a 15 year old car appears to be well maintained.
I have browsed the forums and gsined invaluable information so far and felt it was time to stop lurking and officially become a member.
Hoping to be able to contribute intelligently over time once my own experience and knowledge grows.
Thanks for the opportunity to join with other enthusiasts.

It sounds like you've already found your way to the S-Type tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
