Hello and thank you for having me as a member. My fiancee and I just bought
a 2003 XJ8 last week as an early wedding gift to ourselves. It is a beautiful silver car, and our first Jaguar ! I have read many of the threads here and found a lot of good information, which has led me to post a question of my own. Why is coolant spewing out of the "overflow tank", the clear plastic bottle located at the front left of the vehicle, behind the bumper? Its worse with the AC on and I hear bubbling coolant in the coolant reservoir... Could this be a sign of a bad water pump, thermostat or worse? The temp gauge stayed in the middle and our low coolant light came on one time. Im not going to drive it anymore unless its to the mechanic shop. Any advice or guidance on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
