2005 XKR

Hi We have 2005 Jaguar XKR covertable supercharged. After the car starts few minutes, smelling gas. The smell usualy goes after the car runs for half hour.
we tested few times and think it comes from gasket (blue color) pump that locates at top of the fuel tank. Does anyone know how to remove the fuel tank( steps/ pictures)?
If someone one lives at SF bayara who knows how to repair. We will pay for.
