Fuel neck blockage 2000 xk8

I have a blockage at the filler tube to the tank allowing no fuel to pass into the tank. I have used plumbing snake (forcing ) no results. Back up: this jag sat idle 8 years, pulled tank, cleaned and replaced pump. I could only put fuel through gauge hole. Runs great, just cannot fill the tank. And suggestions except pulling tank again.
