Default X100Gal - got my lovely X100 finally!

Hello. I am the proud owner of a 30k mile 2003 X100 coupe. I purchased the car from an estate as a retirement gift for myself. The car is as close to new as I could have imagined.
At an additional cost, I purchased a new Twin Screw kit that the previous owner had tucked away. After owning and driving the car for 3k miles, I feel there is no need to modify it. It's Plenty quick enough for me! I'm looking to recoup my cost for this kit. The documentation says it is a stage 2 New Twin Screw supercharger with a custom elbow piece, a custom MAF, and some other bits. The installation manual sites the author as Avos. Posting here to introduce myself, and gage the interest for this kit. Please PM me for further information.
The first thing I did with my "new" X100 was to put new tires on her. The estate told me the previous owner was a Jaguar nut and mechanic. I have no doubt, as the car runs and drives as new.
Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas and happy motoring!

Hello,
Congratulation on your new Jaguar!
3000 miles is an adequate honeymoon period I think.
The 2 of you should have got to know each other pretty well by now.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the Jaguar Forums, X100Gal! It's great to have you with us!

How about starting a new thread in the X100 forum and posting some photos of your extremely low-mileage car?

Cheers,

Don

Welcome X100Gal and greetings from down under.

Your choice of the X100 is inspired. Is it the best model that Jaguar produced? Many think so. We made same decision re supercharger. The X100 Forum has plenty of great advice and things to check and we look forward to seeing you over there.

Cheers,

Default New X100 XKR. that joined the family.

The cat had been wonderful to drive. Did my first oil change (yes, I change my own Oil changes).
I wish my undercarriage were as clean as this white beauty! Looking for advice on the best Jag/RR scanner I should consider, that works best on 2002 thru 2009/2010 JLR products. My step father has a 2008 XKR and an 09 Land Rover. I also have this Twin Screw kit I purchased when I got my XKR. The documentation states it is a stage 2 from a gentleman in Europe. I thought my step father would be able to do the install, but his health is preventing him from such activities.
Merry Christmas EVERYONE and thank you for your warm welcomes.

Good Job!
Too many people think there some special (guy) talent needed to change oil (and a Lot of other things) and Girls were standing behind the door when it was handed out.
Not So!!!

Members in the X-100 section will be Delighted to help you with any repairs/maintenance tasks you encounter.
The rest of us who drive Other Jags will cheer you on!

A long, but very informative, read from a member who installed the stage 2 on his own XKR.
