2007 xtype 2.2 turbo deisel sport brakes

2007 xtype 2.2 turbo deisel sport brakes
my 2007 xtype started judderin on braking, ive had 2 new sets of discs and pads fitte to the front but it is still juddering and seems to worsening any ideas please

If discs and pads haven't been the cause then I'd be looking at a sticking caliper next.
