My name is Régis, i'm 38, dad of a 2 years old boy and 3 years old girl.
I live in France, nearby Disneyland and I am the happy owner of a 2013 Polaris White XK-RS plus a 2010 Aston Martin DB9.
I had my first car at the age of 30 and had been a motorcyclist before that.
Started with a 2001 blue SLK 320 imported myself from Germany.
Then changed for an silver SLK 55 AMG found again in Germany.
Next up i sold the silver SLK for a 2008 XKR bought from an individual near Munich.
Followed by a 1995 red Mitsubishi 3000 GT found in Spain.
Sold the Mitsubishi while i had my first child and bought a 2007 silver Lexus LS 460 in the south of Spain.
Then found a 2016 blue Lotus Exige Sport 350 in Germany.
Then changed the Lexus for 2020 Ford Explorer PHEV bought from a dealer in Germany.
And last year came up a beautiful 2013 Polaris White XK R-S sold by a independant specialist in Sweden, full service history, first registration in Monaco.
I flew to Copenhague, took the train to Malmö et drove all the way back from Sweden to France the next day.
I haven't had the opportunity to track it yet but will surely do before i sell it.
A few months later i've found a very well spec'd 2010 Aston Martin DB9 in Czech Republic and took it back to France.
This last one i took to the Le Mans track this july 2024.
No mods on these last 2 cars but i'm a DIY owner and will be pleased to share here the maintenance.
