Default 2014 xf 3.0 supercharged ecu reflash and pulley change

I'd like to hear from those who have reflashed their ECU for more power and/or changed the supercharger pulley to provide more boost. How have these changes affected power, drivability, mileage and reliability?
Many thanks, Digby in Denver
