Default 2014 XKR climate Control Question

I just purchased a 2014 Jaguar XKR Conv. which I love. But I have a question about the Climate Control using the manual mode with the round knob for fan speed. Just above it there is a picture of a fan blade with 4 white squares do they light up to indicate what fan speed you are on like Lo.,Med., Hi.
