Hello, my name is Dave and I have recently acquired a 1983 XJ6. It will require an engine overhaul. I am hoping to learn from these forums and fellow members. I found who guys through:

Hi, welcome to the forum. Lots of good info in the XJ6 section for ya.

The ability to edit your posts will probably come once you're past the FNG stage.
Give it a few days and 10 posts or so, all will become clear .....

retro explained very well but your editing options are restricted even if you have become a FFA member so after a certain period of time only admins / mods can edit the posts

As mentioned you will find lots of helpful info here! Your first Jag? I bought my first one this past April and have been totally enjoying it. A few items to take care of on it, but with all the help here, I should be able to get it all done.
