I have a 2001 XKR and am trying to find the most recent update software. Any ideas?

Unfortunately it is a 2003 edition, then updates to the system in our cars were no longer made.

Some people live with the old version, some people install a handheld unit behind the dash, some add an aftermarket unit like the Garmin GVN-53, some intall a new headunit with navigation and some use a handehld nav. unit or a smartphone. Those are your choices in a nutshell. Search the XK8/ and XKR forum for lots of info on this.

 

Thank you so much for your responses. I went online and ordered the disk at the ebay site WhiteXKR provided. I will let you know how it goes.

 

Just FYI, if you have the old disk, the upgrade will change the default image on your screen from the Jaguar leaper logo to an analog clock face.
