Buzzing Noise in Dash

Hey Everyone,

When i get in my X-Type 04 3.0 I always here a buzzing sound . I believe it is on all the time. When driving and sitting. Is this normal, or a common Problem? All help would be appreciated

We've had complaints for the dash vents rattling? Could that be it?

Sorry I posted in wrong area I put a new one in the Xtype forum. The noise is always on even when the car is not running
