Well, hi there, we just got a '07 x-type (with the VDP pkg and alpine system) for a great price ( I mean seriously, for the same price would you rather an '07 mazda 6 4cyl, camry 4cyl, or a jag?) but unfortunatly, this fairy tale price made us inherit some issues (thankfully only 1 minor mechanical one) . I've found that in the past couple of days, while researching said issues, I have almost always been directed to this site so I figure I might as well join in as I'll surely be here a while, eh? . Perhaps I might even assist someone even less knowledgeable about jags than I.

heh thanks, its a little bit north west of toronto, and i definitely will enjoy it...assuming it stays in one piece long enough :P
is the weather over there more mild during the year? feels like +40 in the summer and -40 in the winter :S

Here it is milder all year aeound. Today it is 27 at my place, in the winter it seldom drops below 0C.
