Hello all! Purchased a 2004 X-type 5 speed in may with 55k on the dash and i've already put 15k miles on it! So far I love the car, but it HATES the extreme cold!Looking to do some slight modifications after I fix the notorious flex-pipe leak!

Reading the Tribune on Monday, I saw Chicago is having a serious cold snap. You'll not be raising that 15K miles in a hurry!

I can see you've already found your way to the X-Type tech section with the wiper issue so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
