Default F-37 fuse keeps blowing

Hi All, New member, first post. I have a 2003 s-type 6-cylinder. The F37 fuse for the "Air flow meter, purge valve, cannister close valve and the inlet manifold tuning valves" keeps blowing and cause the car to enter the Restricted Performance mode. I replaced the Air Flow Meter and it was ok for awhile, Now, once I start the car, the fuse blows right away. Any ideas or suggestions? thanks!
