Default Greetings from Riverside,CA

Hello Jaguarforum members! I am OMGPirate. I have recently inherited my fathers 82' XJ6 under terrible circumstances. However, I have plans to take his project car and return it to her former glory and have her purring in his memory. Im not knowledgeable about jaguars, but I am determined to learn everything I possibly can about this car, so I can have it running properly and meet my dads wishes of having this car back on the road. I have included some pictures below to show how the car once looked, and how it looked when it left the paint shop, which was also the last time it saw the road, Im guessing it was about 10 years ago. Sadly we have been in some financial situations which kept my father from working on the jag and he was never able to get back to it before his untimely passing. In the coming months I plan to dive into the garage, and sort out what parts I have, and what I am missing. See you around the forums!

Welcome.

Always untimely, those passings.

You will have some work there, and FUN, and more work.

The end result, PRICELESS.
