Finally got my jaguar
Hi guys. Finally purchased a 2016 xf and I love it. I've had it for 3 days now and Everytime I park it in my garage and turn off the engine this whirling noise comes on. Read in other threads it may be the led headlight. But mine turns on and off all night without me touching a door. Has anyone figured out how to solve this issue? Can someone lead me to the solution? Is this gonna be my first dealer trip? Thanks
Welcome to the forum chefhawki,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
Whirling noise - my first thought would be cooling fans running on to reduce engine temperature. In hot conditions, the fan can continue to run for up to four minutes after the engine is switched off.
Modern Jaguars don't go into 'sleep' mode unless locked. Several systems can remain active.
