Default Greetings.

I have been a lurker on this forum for a while, lots of great info and contributors. I decided it was time to register and do a proper intro.

My name is Abe, I have (although my wife drives it) a 2004 X-type Sport 3.0 AWD.

Now, those wheels are ghastly and were only temporary as my wife has a bit of a bad habit a bending/cracking the OEM wheels and I was trying to source a replacement.

The car has been in my family since mile 4 on the odometer. My Mom leased it new back in 04, only put 16k on in three years (her lease was 3/yr 42,xxx mile) so I bought it for my wife as the residual buyout was many thousands under KBB.

Welcome Abe. Good to see you, nice looking car you have there, and you know its full history (added bonus).

The wheels are not that bad, I've seen worse (square, comes to mind). Don't know about anyone else but why not look into getting them coloured coded to match the body?

All the best,
