Hi all - had the XJR for a while but now looking to get all of those odd jobs I have been putting off done, so will hopefully pick up some tips here. Oh and I know the factory is just down the road from me and that they should all be shot for the bits that are hard to fix and annoying - but hey it wouldn't be as much fun if it was easy!

Thanks for the welcome chaps. Sorry about lack of car details - all were entered when I registered and cannot seem to find how to make that info appear as it is still on the my details page????
Anyway it is a X308 XJR V8 - 2000MY I am told

 

To add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Hey All! Just came on board a few days ago and I must say you have a fantastic group! Been in love with Jaguars since my dad had a '73 E-Type Coupe.
Been looking around for awhile and have been smitten by the X308 XJR's (2002-2003).
A friend in AZ told me about an XJ Super, I know it has the S/C motor but how about the suspension? VDP luxury or XJR sporty?
Looking forward to a wonderful time amongst fellow Cat fanciers.
