Default Greetings From "Little Rhody"

Just picked up my 2007 XKR coupe in British racing green! Looked all over the country for just the right specs and ended up finding one less than 10 miles from my house. Definitely a Rhode Island thing.

I learned so much reading this forum prior to my purchase and look forward to everyone's advice as I begin this exciting chapter of my life as a proud Jaguar owner!

That said, I could sure use a recommendation for a good/great local mechanic. RI is very limited on Jaguar repair. In fact, we only have one major dealership in the state. If there are any recommendations for RI or southern MA, it would most appreciated.

Welcome to the forums PandaBandit,

Good to have you with us. Not many BRG produced. I've never come across another on the road here in the UK.

It sounds like you've already found the relevant model forum but if not, follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk-xkr-x150-33/ to the X150 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Northeast Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-northeast-35/ to find other members in your region. This is the place to ask for recommendations on "local" specialists.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
