Default Greetings from southern France

Hi everybody,

Just a few words to introduce myself on this incredible forum for the Jaguar enthusiasts we are.
It's now 5 years I am the proud owner of a 2004 XKR convertible and 2 years ago I added a 2008 XJR into my garage (much more convenient with kids !).
I live in the south of France where such cars are not so common, and it's not so easy to find good advice on these vehicles.
Hoping to share my little experience et learn from many here.
Thank you,

Matthieu

Welcome to the forum Matthieu,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums. It's not just the south where such cars are not common. I cross France twice a year and rarely ever see another Jaguar.

Follow this link XJ ( X350 & X358 ) XJ6 / XJ8 / XJR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X350 forum for help, advice and information on the XJR. I can see you have already found your way to the XK8/XKR tech forum so there is not need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the Europe Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/europe-42/
to find other members in continental Europe.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Welcome. I am currently bring a 1999 XK8 up to standard and have had a lot of help from this tribe. Where you live will give you plenty of opportunities for road adventures. I'll be in Paris this Friday for two weeks of work. Then this sept., in the south (Taradeau) for three weeks. Wish I could bring the car.
