Default Greetings from Spokane WA

I've had a 2000 XK8 convertible for a year now, and am so very pleased with it. It had 39K miles on it at purchase, so it is almost brand new. It still has an issue with Restricted performance. Seems I have to clean my MAF sensor every month or so.

Welcome to this helpful and friendly forum.
You shouldn't have to do that - something else is wrong.
If you post on the XK8/XKR forum you'll get all the advice you need.

Welcome to the forum,

That's an unusual frequency for MAF cleaning.

Follow this link XK8 / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK8 section for help and advice.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Welcome to the forum,

Good to have you with us.
Follow Grahams link and see what the others think, have you checked the codes when you get the fault?

You should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you. When you get it.

I agree. I even replaced the air filter with a Mann ... Getting 171 / 174 too lean errors. Seems to come & go. Tried just about everything from forum posts ... If this is the only issue I have, I'm good ...

Thanks!
