Groaning steering pump xj6/300 1996 3.2ltr
Hi all, I'm having trouble with a "groaning steering. I'm on my second pump change, thought the 1st may have been dodgy, 2nd replacement pretty sure is good. All procedures followed but STILL it groans, can anyone help please ?

Welcome to the Forums.
I suggest changing your location to "London", the rest on a public Forum is not so clever.
Mine did that, and 3 pumps later, it was TIGHT ball joints, both top and bottom. Once the 4 were changed, good as new.
Also I use only Synthetic Auto Trans fluid in the XJ40, and the X300, no noises ever,
