Hallo
Hi all, Joined this site to day in the hope that I will learn something new? and maybe pass on any tips I have on Jaguars, as I've had a few over the years, 2.8, 4.2, XJ6 mk1 & 2/3 S type, and now a lovely X-Type in British Racing Green 3.0 SE.
As I said I joined the site today in the hope of learning? Dose anyone know if you up date the maps on the sat-nav by loading new maps on CD in the boot CD play as I can't see a CD slot on the system its self?
Regards Mike Black-Feather

Welcome to Jaguar Forums Mike,
Good to have you with us.
I believe there should be a separate Nav unit which accepts the maps DVD located in the boot, IIRC the cd and the nav unit are stacked one on top of the other.
To be sure head for the tech section X-Type - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum and ask there, your regional section is located here UK - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
Enjoy the forum.
If you haven't done so already you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.
If you need help with getting around and using the forum follow this link for some help Forum Help
