Just joined after recently purchasing a 2007 Jaguar XK, Indigo Blue with 96,000 km on the clock. Runs beautifully and I've started on the road to tidying it up a little further. I've given her a cut & polish, ceramic clear coat, resurfaced the alloys and the exterior is looking as good as new.
I've just finished installing the ACM module and have an appointment at my local Jaguar dealer to run the software update to enable it on the head unit. I have a Bovee 1000 bluetooth unit ready to pop on the end of the iPod connector to stream music via bluetooth and bring the entertainment closer towards the modern age.
Unfortunately while removing the head unit I scratched up the shifter plate which is really frustrating so I am now on the hunt for a way to fix that.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
