Welcome Creedoe,

Still 6 to go!

The 2000 probably needs the usual tensioners, cooling system and transmission fluid work doing. Is there much more on your to-do list?

Thanks for the welcome GGG!

The trans fluid was replaced when the timing belt and timing belt tensioner upgrade were done. However, I am getting an intermittent check engine light with a P1000, P1384 and P1396 timing chain code. Go figure. I hear a rattle at idle in Park only. My first guess was the drive belt tensioner. Lucky guess now that you bring it up huh? Well, 1st thing first, I am Going to R&R both inop rear window regulators, and trace the convert hydraulic fluid leak. I believe that it is a blown "o" ring for the strut that extends the top. I got tons of advice from a couple of member s on this site. You tube videos and step by step instructions. Man I LOVE THIS SITE! Wish me luck. And thank you again for the warm welcome!

Welcome Angel,

You've 'replied' to Creedoe's thread instead of starting a new one of your own. It might get lost here.

If one of the Moderators doesn't move it, then from this New Member Area - Intro a MUST section, go to the New Thread button at the top left to start you own thread.
