Default Hello from Florida

Hi all,
I am the proud owner of a new to me 2004 STR (photos to follow). I have always wanted one, but the practical side of me has always steered me towards Toyotas. As luck would have it, I recently found a good deal on a 58000 mile STR and pulled the trigger. It's not perfect, it needs some suspension work and there are some cosmetic issues. I am looking forward to improving my STR and hope to learn from your experiences and share mine. Cheers!

Welcome to the Forums.

There is a LOT of info in the S Type (X200) Tech Section, particularly for the "R" version.

Good luck.

Hello,
Congratulations on your new Jaguar STR!
58,000 miles is just now well broken in and loosened up for a modern engine.
You should get at Least another couple hundred K out of it with proper care and feeding.

Welcome to the forums form ElinorB.
