Default hello to the Forum,

Hello,

My name is Brian and I am the lucky new owner of a 2006 x-type sport. The purchase was a bit spontaneous. You could say the car found me . I was the owner of an absolutely gorgeous 1992 xj-6. The car was perfect. But in 2007 i traded it in for a Honda fit and have kicked myself everyday since. So when this opportunity presented itself i jumped on it.

As an adult , my cars are my hotwheels and i spend tons of time maintaining, modifying and researching my vehicles. An emphasis on modifying since i try to do everything i can to make my rides unique.

I Picked up this new Jag this morning and have done ZERO research on the platform. So i will spend a bit of time reading the forum for existing content as i will now begin the process , of repair , modify and maintaining this newest addition.

I am an active member of forums for my vette and excursions so i will be doing due diligence in research prior to asking questions but i will have a few as a quick inspection today uncovered some standard issues like a slight coolant and oil leak.

look forward to learning and providing some input as i get up to speed. All i can really say is , it sure is nice to have a cat back in the driveway.
