Hello from Hungary
I am a happy owner of a beautiful 2003 XK8 convertible with just 93000km. I bought the car 4 month ago and I did the following repair (just for fun):
- Leather seat renewal + internal faults
- Upholstery cleanup
- Spark plugs and coil change
- Cooling pipes, thermostat and fluid change (leaked)
- Steering servo pipe repair (leaked)
- Gearbox oil change (gearbox fault message appeared)
- Front damper and bushing change
Current issues, under repair:
- Oil leak from differential assembly on the left axle shaft
- Lot of fault codes in the BPM module, without symptoms
I hope that I can not only withdraw help from here but also to contribute to this common knowledge base.

Hello, Vik,
Nice Car! I've decided my Next Jaguar will be one like yours; in BLACK of course.
Congratulations on all your successful repairs, even if they are just for fun. There's no better way to get acquainted with your car than that sort of bonding time.
A small bit of British automotive wisdom I picked up recently;
"If there is no oil leak, there is no oil inside."
