Default Hello From Manchester England!

Hi guys! I wanted to introduce myself and share my excitement of my new whip! its 11am in UK right now and we have a rare sunny day, popped my head out the door to have another look at what i picked up yesterday!

F Type R in Salsa Red! got a great price on it to say it had only 2500 miles on it.

Ive gone from having a beat up old Renault Clio early last year with 90bhp, to a Toyota GT86 with 200bhp (actually felt slower) I've had for the last 5 months, to this! A substantial upgrade!

I was pretty nervous to drive a car with so much power to the rear wheels but i think its a dream to drive. Even though i had a three hour drive in it back from the dealership, it was a boring, speed limited, heavily congested, rainy, grey affair all the way home, also my girlfriend was killing my vibe telling me not to put my foot down haha. So very much looking forward to getting on some green back roads today on my own!

Thanks for listening to me waffle on, happy to be a part of the Jag fam!

Bloody hell it wouldn't even have to be sunny for that to brighten up your day!
Bonus.

That's just lovely.

Substantial Upgrade I guess!!
Your girl friend sounds like a serious wet blanket, no offense intended, but such a car as that deserves to be DRIVEN!!

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've already found your way to the F-Type forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
